I was very impressed that the shop contacted me to tell me that owing to delivery problems or flowers to their shop they would be delivering my chosen order a day later. I was grateful to be told about this and informed that there would be some extra blooms in the bunch to make up for the delay.. The recipient was delighted with the flowers.
